Welcome to Concept Botanica space!
My name is Edyta, and I own Concept Botanica.
My name is Edyta, and I own Concept Botanica.
For eighteen years I’ve worked with raw ingredients — food and cosmetic — across Europe and the United States, for for well-established companies, major retail chains and for small, niche brands. What I learned along the way: honest sourcing is what makes a product worth trusting.
I source everything from named growers and press it fresh myself, on my own cold press. Every bottle and every bag carries where it came from, when it was pressed, and how much of that batch exists.
I own a hundred-year-old house in Pomarkku, in Satakunta, western Finland — the future home of the press. Today, the first batches are pressed in a rented, registered kitchen, on the way there.
One pressing, two paths: verified cosmetic ingredients for producers and formulators, and food oils and flours for people who cook and care for their skin at home. Alongside the familiar — flaxseed, milk thistle, poppy — what grows wild in the Finnish forest is slowly joining the shelf: nettle, camelina, caraway, oats.
