The Finnish line consist of oils and macerates, both from well known and from wild Finnish plants. The seed of cammelina, cumin and …. are locally sourced, from Finnish farmers, following the highest standars of farming.
Cold-pressed oils are unrefined plant oils extracted at low temperatures, preserving the plant’s natural fatty acids, vitamins, and bioactive compounds. The mechanical extraction with minimal heat retains essential fatty acids and antioxidant content, including tocopherols and carotenoids, resulting in a profile rich in natural bioactives. Their nutrient density, however, also makes them more prone to oxidation, making careful storage and protective packaging essential to maintain stability and performance.
Cold-pressed oils offer rich natural bioactives and a spectrum of textures that can be tailored to specific skin and hair care goals. By balancing fatty acid profiles, antioxidants, and sensory attributes, formulators can create products that moisturize, protect, and enhance the user experience while maintaining formulation stability and safety.
Physically, these oils vary in color from pale to golden and offer a spectrum of textures, from light, fast-absorbing oils to richer, cushiony bases. Their aroma can range from nutty to grassy, and their viscosity influences slip and occlusion in formulations. Although naturally antioxidant-rich, they require stabilization through proper packaging, light protection, and, when appropriate, added antioxidants to extend shelf life and preserve sensory qualities.

A Cold-pressed oat oil (Avena sativa kernel oil) is a lightweight cosmetic oil extracted from oat kernels at low temperatures to preserve nutrients. The cold-press method retains essential fatty acids, vitamin E, and natural antioxidants, giving the oil its nourishing properties. It’s typically
non-greasy and quickly absorbed, making it suitable for sensitive or dry skin and for use on the hair and scalp. Oat oil provides hydration, helps support the skin’s moisture barrier, and can be used as a gentle carrier oil in serums and blends.

Cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil is extracted from Cucurbita pepo seeds at low temperatures to preserve natural nutrients, flavor, and color.
It is rich in unsaturated fats, particularly oleic and linoleic acids, and contains natural antioxidants that help resist oxidation. The oil has a nutty, slightly roasted flavor and a golden-green hue, making it popular as a finishing oil for salads, dips, and sauces. In cosmetics, pumpkin seed oil is valued for its moisturizing, soothing, and conditioning properties for skin and hair. Store in a cool, dark place and refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness;

Cold-pressed linseed oil, derived from Linum usitatissimum seeds, is extracted at low temperatures to preserve omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients. It is particularly rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a plant-based omega-3 fatty acid that may support heart health and help modulate inflammation. The oil has a distinct nutty flavor and is commonly used as a finishing oil for salads and smoothies, and should not be heated to high temperatures as it degrades quickly. In cosmetics, linseed oil can moisturize skin and hair, serving as an emollient in various formulations. Because it is highly prone to oxidation, store it in a cool, dark place and refrigerate after opening; use within a few weeks to a couple of months.
