Over the past 18 years, I have been working with fine raw ingredients across Europe and the USA and exchanged knowledge with talented and inspiring people. I’ve been
fortunate to work with incredible clients and contribute to exciting projects for both major retail chains and niche brands, exploring and co-creating bold, intriguing, and
unconventional projects. During this time, I’ve been captivated by the powerful way people respond to innovative sustainable concepts. I’ve observed how seamlessly
individuals collaborate and communicate when working with quality raw ingredients and pursuing meaningful purposes.
Enchanted by Finland’s clean air and open landscapes, its quality raw ingredients and uncompromised respect for nature, I settled here. Now, in this fresh, beautiful place,
I can craft oils and flours from trusted Finnish sources—simple, wholesome gifts from the land.
